“Oh I did, all the girls liked me once beautiful Ariel did.” He chuckled and glanced at her. He could always tell that she had feelings for him. But he was unsure of his. If he was with her, he knew he would ruin it. Stephan shook his head and smirked at her. ” You know you were the only reason I passed.”
“Well, I do know how to work my magic, even on the slightly blunt ones” she whispered and winked at him. “Hey, do they have an owlery here?” she asked. Since she didn’t come here a lot, and she finally was here, maybe it was time to finally get something to send her mail with.
” Well, you are quite the popular girl , now aren’t you?” he smirked again, pushing his hair out of his face. ” Oh yeah, down there.” He said pointing , he was always at Hogsmeade, he hated being inside of Hogwarts all day.
“Sweet!” she said and leaned her head back again so she could sip the last fo her butterbeer, then set the empty bottle on the table. “Please can I pay?” she begged and pouted with her lower lip.

“Oh, you’re gonna hold that against me for the rest of my life, aren’t you?” she said and put her hands on her hips, and tried to frown, only it was mixed in with a large smile that she couldn’t help.
” Not holding it against you, reminding you.” He shrugged and winked at her again. ” But you did, even the first years knew it,” Stephan laughed looking at her. ” You use to do my homework with me, just so you could see my dashing smile.” He flashed a smile, and then smirked.
“Yeah, well, you loved the attention so hush!” she said and giggled a bit. She had liked him in that way, but it was a long time ago and she was thirteen maybe fourteen, it didn’t really count as anything romantic, did it?

Stephan placed his hand on hers and smiled. ” I’m sure everything is going to work out in the end.” He really hoped it did, he didn’t want her to be hurt the same way he was. He really cared for her, she was different then any of his other friends.
“yeah… well. Nevermind, let’s talk about something happy!” she suggested and squeezed his hand. “So. Merlin, I haven’t been here in ages…” she said, more to herself and looked around her at the street.
He laughed, and looked around also. ” Yeah, remember the first time I took you here?” He asked winking. ” We were in our 4th year, and you had a big crush on me Ariel.” He smirked , placing his hands behind his neck.

“Singles club always sounds nice doesn’t it?” he raised an eyebrow laughing. ” I miss being around you, you are my only best friend,” he began, rubbing the back of his head. ” Funny how all my friends are girls.”
“Well then.” she said and raised her eyebrows, then took another sip. “You know, I have an explanation for that, Here: The ladies love you, and all the men are just too jealous. How does that sound?” she asked and laughed.

“Would like a real answer, the scientific one?” he laughed knowing he sounded like a prat. He couldn’t help but stare at her , she was beautiful, perfect almost.He cleared his throat, shaking the thought out of his head. ” So..”
“until then… we can just open up a single’s club!” she joked and pointed at him with her finger. He really was cute. She realized she was staring after a second so she immeditely looked down and sipped her drink again.

“So I’ve been told,” he laughed glancing over at her. He took a sip of his drink then cleared his throat. ” Her name is Amelie, I’m not sure if you know her though.” He shrugged a bit placing his hands on the table.
“Nope, never heard of her.” she shrugged and leaned her head back, so that her hair fell gorgeously behind her as she let the sun warm up her pale neck for a few seconds. “Why can’t it be this nice all year long?” she whined sarcastically.
